Our Employer Clinics offer a full spectrum of care, including primary care, occupational health and pharmacy services, along with connecting employees with specialty care services if needed.

Flu vaccine clinics are an easy and cost-effective way to protect your workforce from the flu. You will face less risk of spreading the flu in your organization, employees save on sick days and you will reduce the chance for lost productivity.

We are able to host a vaccine clinic for your employees at the nearest CHI Health Clinic, either inside the clinic or a drive-thru option. Our services include preferred pricing and convenient days/times based on your employees’ needs.

From the comfort of home or work, your employees can talk with a CHI Health Clinic provider. No appointment is needed. It’s a convenient option for the treatment of illnesses and minor injuries. The visit starts with a phone or video call to answer a few questions about your symptoms and request a virtual visit. Within minutes, you will be speaking to a live health care provider.

Giving your employees access to Virtual Care saves them time and money, and it helps you ensure your employees are accessing the right level of care at the right time - lowering your health care costs. This service is available on a per use basis or a fixed monthly fee.

CHI Health is the only health care system in Nebraska and southwest Iowa to partner with MDsave.

Direct Primary Care is a membership-based model, featuring a dedicated medical team who helps employees manage all of their primary health care needs, including basic screenings, physical exams/sick care and chronic conditions. 

Your employees get predictable, affordable care and access to their own CHI Health Clinic doctor, nurse practitioner and dedicated medical team with same-and next-day appointments plus extended visits. Improved access can mean earlier detection of conditions and behavior risks that impact your employees’ overall health and lower the overall health care costs for all.

Services include basic lab, x-ray and fracture care, fitness and nutrition counseling, specialist care coordination, virtual care (24/7 access via phone or Facetime) plus several no-cost or low-cost generic medications through CHI Health retail pharmacies.

We offer convenient locations with same-day appointments, plus the predictability of detailed protocols for everything from drug screening to pre-employment physicals. Our services are trusted by more than 1,200 businesses, including law enforcement, fire department and city/county entities.

Our experts are proficient in OSHA and DOT regulations and are backed by the region’s largest health care system. Services include respirator clearance, vision/audio tests and back screenings, job site analysis, work conditioning, health risk appraisals, screenings, education, consultations and more.

Biometric screenings are available to provide a clear picture of employees’ health and provide employers with a summary of overall employee population health. With that information, strategies can be developed to address common and costly health conditions.
