Non-Surgical Weight Loss
Are you ready to take your first steps towards a healthier life? If you answered YES, CHI Health Weight Management has a program that is right for you.
Our non-surgical weight loss options include the Weight Loss Counseling Program (WLC) and the intragastric balloon.
Weight Loss Counseling
- Our Weight Loss Counseling is a program that promotes sustained weight loss through a series of monthly one-on-one sessions done with the support from a Registered Dietitian.
MD Save Option
Most insurance companies do not cover nutrition counseling for weight management, but we are able to offer visits at discounted rates through the MD Save program! You will need to purchase a voucher through the MD save website prior to scheduling a visit with one of our dietitians. You can purchase your voucher on MD Save's website. Once you have completed your purchase you can call our office at 402-572-3684 to get scheduled.
Pricing is as follows:
- Nutritional Counseling (new patient): $75
- Nutritional Counseling (established patient): $54
Please bring your voucher with you to your visit. Registration requests a paper copy of your voucher for check in purposes.
Intragastric Balloon
One alternative to weight loss surgery is the intragastric balloon. It is a temporary, non-surgical weight loss solution in which a soft, durable balloon is inserted into the stomach. Once inflated, it takes up space in the stomach, which helps you feel full and encourages portion control. The intragastric balloon gives you the edge to finally lose weight.
It is helpful to know your BMI before planning to get the intragastric balloon. You can use an online BMI calculator to find out.
