Testing Information

CHI Health Laboratory is a full service laboratory. We perform most tests at our own facilities. A few highly complex tests are referred to reliable reference laboratories. Our primary reference laboratory is ARUP Laboratories located in Utah. We also utilized Mayo Clinic Laboratories as well.

CHI Health Laboratory provides an online Test Directory which contains complete up to date test information, including methodology and turnaround times, collection and storage/transport specifications, test notes and CPT codes. Customers can access entries via an A to Z index or search by test name, synonym or test number.
