Richard Young Behavioral Health
It has been estimated that one in three people in the United States will face some form of emotional difficulty in their lifetime. During these trying times, people sometimes need a little more help than family and friends can provide. As a caring member of your community, CHI Health Richard Young Behavioral Health stands ready to assist in the healing process that will help individuals achieve productive and satisfying lives.
Hope Through Recovery
Like any illness, mental illness can be treated, but if left untreated it may require a much longer length of treatment or hospitalization. Seeking help at the onset of noticeable symptoms is critical for a timely recovery. It is important to remember that you are not the illness. Rather you are a person with an illness that can be treated. Richard Young strives to provide the best behavioral healthcare and healing in a community atmosphere where patients can begin to learn to successfully cope with life’s demands and responsibilities. It is our goal to offer hope through recovery.
Our Access Center is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for admissions or other inquiries. When contacting the Access Center by phone or as a walk-in, individuals are first evaluated by a mental health professional who will identify presenting problems. After consultation with a psychiatrist, potential patients will be matched with appropriate care within Richard Young or with other community resources. For questions regarding our admission process, ask for the Access Center when calling 1 (800) 930-0031 or (308) 865-2000.
