Neurosurgery

Neurosurgery is the surgical specialty concerned with the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of disorders of the nervous system including the brain, spine, and peripheral nerves.

At CHI Health Clinic, our Department of board-eligible and board-certified neurosurgeons and specialized Advanced Practice Providers provide innovative and comprehensive treatment options for neurologic problems resulting from trauma, brain tumors, pituitary tumors, movement disorders such as Parkinson’s and essential tremor, cerebrovascular diseases such as stroke and aneurysms, hydrocephalus, degenerative spine disease, spinal tumors, injuries to the peripheral nerves, and peripheral nerve tumors. We work closely with multidisciplinary teams at CHI Health Clinic including neurologists, neuropsychologists, physical medicine and rehabilitation doctors, radiologists, otolaryngologists, and radiation oncologists.
